They consistently disregard customer concerns and appear more interested in avoiding accountability than offering real assistance, I've emailed several times, tried to call, only to get put into a queue with the CSR team who never answer. Their lack of transparency and integrity in their approach has made me question their overall business practices. DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY!!!
