Muqadas Khan made our check-in very smooth and seamless at the apartment. All the pre registration was done and the communication every step of the way was exceptional.

Although the check-in assistant was friendly & nice, he initially pushed me to park on the sidewalk, assuring me it was fine and that the police don't issue fines there.

Another issue I had was the presence of mold in near the bathroom and a heavily yellowed pillow. To be fair, they did replace the pillow when I pointed it out, but had I not checked, we would’ve ended up sleeping on it."

Bilal was very welcoming and accommodating for a late arrival. He gave us his contact to make sure if there’s anything we need in the future. First class, indeed!

It was a generouse stay in samia by azizi. The property was clean. There is every utility which you need as an air bnb. All the appliances were good. The view is road facing where you can sit and have chat with loved ones.

Stayed at Waters Edge, Abu Dhabi for six nights. Muhammed Musa from First Class Properties met me on-site to show me the apartment. He was very accommodating and helpful. I am very happy with both Muhammed's assistance, and the apartment. It was the perfect place for my stay

Never book Apartment with This company I stay in Sadaf building full of garbage I wait 1 hour for check in when host come he look like drunk even he smells hygiene like he did not brushing his teeth he check in us like he drunk, Apartment smell like worsted never want to book with this company again name is first class but it’s totally cheap class
We inform him we are coming late night still there no any preparation he wait us 1 hour with small kids
Next day he bring his colleague and introduce us he’s the manager first he said sorry then offered us free cleaning&Refund but I was not Agree
Refund is not A point you should treat the guest safe after long flight we come dubai for bad smelling
