Not Quite Our “First Choice”

Not Quite Our “First Choice”

In our experience, First Choice Strata left much to be desired.
Transparency? Rare.
Reliability? Questionable.
Errors were frequent, costs were high, and accountability was always... elsewhere.

They played coy, dodged blame, and never quite owned up.
More “phoney show” than professional flow.
Friendly faces, but trust? Not easy to place.

In our view: overpriced, unapologetic, and not the service we hoped for.
Proceed with caution—and a very fine-tooth comb.

The queens at overpromise and under delivering

They are the queens at overpromising and underdelivering.
Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews left on other review sites as it's just one of the owners desperate attempts at salvaging what is left of their company. The only thing this company is better than average at, is self promotion.
Failure after failure. One complex has taken them through ACAT and I know two other complexes are trying to sever their agreements.
