Great Company
The service has been outstanding. We had a couple of mix ups but Jessica Carranza went above and beyond to help us out. She was always there to deal with any questions I had.
The bus trips were great and the bus drivers so far have been amazing !

I would give this experience 500 stars if I could and want to give a sincere shout out to Miss Debbie for sticking with us every step of the way!! My wife and I hired First Charter to shuttle 25 guests into Joshua Tree National Park for our wedding. Due to severe inclement weather when we got there, we were not able to get married outside. We ended up moving our entire wedding ceremony last minute into the school bus, and got married there! Not only did Miss Debbie shuttle us in and out of the park in a timely manner during a storm, she fully embraced our impromptu wedding ceremony and joined in the celebration! I'd also like to add that the company went out of their way to find us a shuttle when they were originally booked and I greatly appreciated that. 500/500 stars.

Highly recommend First Charter
Highly recommend First Charter! We hired them for our wedding in Joshua Tree and had concerns about the pickup and drop-off points being hard to find (being on somewhat remote dirt roads). The driver was very safety oriented and made sure to take the roads slowly and carefully so that all our guests felt like they were in good hands.

We used First Charter Bus Rental as transportation for our wedding day for guests. We had two different busses, leaving at different times and sometimes going to different locations. Everything went so smoothly! The drivers were also very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend as an affordable and convenient transportation method for any event!
