Great Service Overall
All 5 drivers were very personable, easy to talk to and followed directions efficiently. While they may have arrived a bit off where I needed them, they were easily redirected, this may have actually been our issue, not dropping the exact pin for the pick up location. Pro Tip.... Drop the pins correctly. Overall they got the job done with smiles and grace for such an early morning. We definitely will be using them again next year.

The bus driver was phenomenal
The bus driver was phenomenal! The groom said the bus ride was the best part of his wedding day and that’s saying a lot because the wedding dance was pretty fun too! I didn’t love how to reserve the shuttle. It would have been better to deal with someone local. Some of the people I dealt with on the phone were great but most seemed inexperienced which made me uneasy. I’m glad the shuttle showed up and everything at the local level was fantastic! I guess you have to trust the process!

Highly recommend!! I used First Charter for my wedding guests transportation. Everything went so smoothly, I didn't have to worry about a thing and everyone on the bus raved about the driver. Great customer service setting the whole thing up as well.
