Poor Communication
We were never contacted by the local provider confirming transportation. After calling First Student Charters Bus Rental, they suggested we reach out to the local provider. It was early Friday (day before the wedding), we called both of the numbers given for the local provider. No answer.
We left voicemails at both numbers, and texted with someone at the second # when they asked who we were. Then that person ghosted. We never heard back with confirmation until 9:45 pm the night before our wedding!!
The driver was great but her mgmt. is/are terrible at communication.
