Great experience overall. The setup process was faster than I expected, and their support team was responsive and helpful throughout.

One thing to note, I was a bit surprised by the required mailroom add-on fee. I originally thought it would just be the registered agent + initial setup, but to stay compliant, you’ll need the Start plan, Agent service, and Mailroom, minimum. That said, the online notarization was a standout feature, super convenient.

Overall, I’d still recommend Firstbase. They get the job done.

Services are really top notch and i get what i need on time and i want to appreciable the team who are always there to help me whenever needed.

Things that seemed impossible, like a foreigner registering an LLC ... become fixed in a seamless flow, fast, sharp, and precise. Perks are also fine, but some of them are not working.

I liked the service very much also online help was quick and good. I only had a technical problem while setting up my mailroom. But these things can happen. At the end all was very good structured and it was very easy to set up the business.

One of the worst company to work with. Horrible platform. For the past 2 weeks I am trying to get a response and make changes, but there is no response. The only response in support chat is we will get back to you and nothing happens. This does not seem like a legitimate company. Please stay away.

This is the 2nd time I incorporate a company using Firstbase and I loved it. It’s super easy to do it and they explain everything in plain language. I spoke with the customer support team in order to finish the incorporation process and it was great!
