Used Firstbase back in 2021 to start my…
Used Firstbase back in 2021 to start my LLC from abroad, and everything progressed smoothly. You get access to a panel where you can see your status updates, and after your company is incorporated, they recommend financial solutions as well.
Finally, they also have other perks such as AWS credits and coupons for other SaaS services in one spot, a nice bonus. As far as services for starting a US based service company, could not ask for a better solution.

Seemless incorporation and setup for banking
We had a great experience registering our C-Corp in Delaware through Firstbase, at that time we needed a US entity as well as bank accounts to do business in the US.
After signing up for Firstbase we instantly got feedback on what was being done and a timeline, within the next 1/2 months we got setup with 2 bank accounts, EIN number and all post-incorporation documents from their partner law firm, setup was smooth and seamless, also had a few questions in the process and Firstbase support answered them all.
Benefited greatly from deals on the platform as well as used their partner Bookmate for taking 2 years in a row already.
Overall, it was a great experience!

Creating my own LLC from Ecuador
It was my very first time creating my own LLC in the US. Firstbase made it a very easy and straightforward process. I was able to finish the process in about a month at most. From incorporating all the way to them helping me with the information needed for the bank account. I was able to do all of this from my home country of Ecuador.

Super easy to open an LLC
Super easy to open an LLC, got all of the docs pretty fast. One downside is that there's no built-in accounting. But otherwise everything I needed was completed on the platform.

I requested for my money back after…
I requested for my money back after making payment and discovering it doesn't fit my business at the time and they never had it processed. i was almost tricked by them into gifting me giftcards instead of refunding to my card.

Starting the company was quite easy but…
Starting the company was quite easy and straightforward, but creating the banking Account was a nightmare and there was no good information from any side. Finally we decided to close de company and we had to pay to another entity outside from First base because they do not do that. It costed a lot of money. Finally we need to manually send a letter to the IRS so no, the experience was far from great.
Customer service was ok, but we need more than customer service, like a good and intuitive platform with good help without having to bother people.

Firstbase stole my money
I absolutely don't recommend this service to anyone. Please avoid it by any cost. Use Incfiles or whatever else.
My situation is kinda hilarious. When I was trying to incorporate the company (1 year ago) with Firstbase, I've figured out that Firstbase has been collaborated with Mercury bank, and nationality (my passport) was in there "sanctioned list". Even though, I am the US resident for a long period of time - it does not matter. This is sooooo nice knowing that your ability to start a company with Firstbase and Mercury is based on the "right" nationality and "wrong" nationality! Awesome!!
But I decided to choose another way and maybe make a bank business account via Chase or smth, however, my life situation was changed and I can not incorporate my business anymore with Firstbase.
So I wrote to the customer support of Firstbase and asked for the refund. I needed my 400 USD back, I saved money so hard to have an opportunity to open a business. And guess what? Firstbase has REFUSED giving back MY money, which I even could not use thanks to Mercury bank and their "wrong" nationality policy! Eventually, they have a 7 days period when you can ask for reimbursement while you purchase the service, I absolutely did not know that, there is no information about that, because I would have reimbursed my money immediately!
Firstbase just stole my hard earned money, that's the end of story. I really don't care about Firstbase goofy contracts or whatever rules they made up. There is a fact - my money WAS STOLEN.
Avoid by any cost.
