This is what they sent me via email because I cancelled my last order even though I paid a deposit and yet they debated I did.
“ Hi Chloe,
I'm afraid we can't help you at this time. We are fully booked up until next Wednesday and to be honest you have wasted our time once before and then argued with us about your deposit for the order that we made you and then you cancelled. We just haven't got the time, sorry.”
Just be careful if you put an order in.
