I’ve ordered twice from Manchester Firewood Supplies. The first time the unloaded the wood onto our drive, right into a puddle, so a decent amount of the wood got wet - there was un-puddled space to put it.

The second time they were kind enough to unload it into our garage which was great but as we started burning it we noticed that quite a few of the logs were still green and did not burn well.

Overall I’m neither super pleased nor too disappointed. They’re a good option when everywhere else has sold out

Wood arrived on tipper at time and date agreed and friendly driver unloaded carefully on the drive. Mix of wood types in small logs suitable for stove. Good service

As this was my first log delivery after installing a log burner this summer, it was really useful to be able to use the live chat feature on the website to ask my questions.
I was happy to buy the stacking service for my 2 cubic metres of logs. The guys were very helpful.

Chap that dropped off the wood was lovely and used the chat a few times, very responsive. Not yet used in the wood burner however looks up to standard and definitely appears to be really good quality product. Definitely will be using manchester firewood each winter!

A transformation from dated gas fire/mantlepiece to stylish, efficient & cheerful heating. Each step of the process was explained & a design hiccup was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. I appreciated the demonstration on lighting & use of the stove as well as the literature. My stove looks wonderful, easily heats my room and bakes potatoes in a cast iron pot at the same time!
