We had our fireplace refinished. The workmen did an excellent job protecting our floors and walls during demo. The stone work was exactly what I was wanting. The whole project took four days.

On time and very efficient technician. We happened to get the same tech who had installed the liner in our chimney many years ago.

Your technician arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment to have our Mendota fireplace insert cleaned. He did an excellent job with the cleaning process, cleaned up afterwards and made the Insert look as wonderful as it did when we purchased it.

Pushing $8000 stainless and titanium tube rather than a chimney sweep.

My fireplace still didn't work correctly after the service man left. The pilot light won't stay on and I could not use my fire place. A return visit is necessary
with a new part to be installed. I think charging for a return visit is more than I should pay.

The Fieplace and Chimney Authority did an inspection of my chimney and fireplace and were very thorough and knowlegeable.

Guy fid a great job cleaning my fireplace and making it operational for me. I also appreciated his explanations of the workings of it.

The technicians arrived on time, were courteous and respectful of my home and promptly donned shoe covers to protect the carpeting as it had recently snowed quite heavily and bringing in slush on boots was unavoidable. They placed a cloth tarp on the floor, situated their tools, explained what they were going to do to clean the fireplace, etc. and got to work. When they were done inside, they cleaned up the area, packed up their cleaning equipment and returned it all to their truck before getting ladder(s) from their truck and inspecting the chimney outside. When they were done, they explained the written recommendations for repairs that had been written down and was included with the receipt, answered my questions concerning the needed repairs and their cost (repairs to be done in the spring) and departed. Both technicians were friendly and professional and did an outstanding job cleaning the fireplace. Turns out the cleaning had been overdue but and I’m really glad that we can enjoy a nice fire in a safer environment. Thank you.

The Fireplace and Chimney Authority is over-the-top on good service and dependability. They are personable, knowledgeable and experts in their field. What more could one ask!?
