easy set up,but had to pay cost postage for faulty unit
alarms very easy to set up.i bought 4 sets.one of the smoke detectors was faulty.it wouldnt link up with others and would sound randomly.
on asking for a replacement i had to pay to send faulty sensor back.

Would have been 5 stars. Didn't get next day delivery. But as the order was made immediately before Xmas, this was ,perhaps, understandable. Otherwise, a tip top experience.

Having purchased a property with only one (non functional alarm) when I actually needed 7!!! I went into panic mode HOWEVER FireLink Directs website and easy to understand information regarding what I required, was the calm that I needed. Extremely prompt delivery, in the festive season was great too. Highly recommend

Really poor service
Really poor service, waited 2 weeks for delivery when I understood they would be dispatched in a day or so . After a week I phoned and was told they were being dispatched that day , yet it took a further week before the delivery company had them .
