Phoned the office forgetting it was a bank holiday but my call was answered by a very helpful sales lady who guided me through the various aspects of owning a pizza oven. I was advised on the ordering/payment/delivery process plus the after sales service that is offered for new owners getting used to using the oven.
Delivery only took a few days so all in all excellent service.

Very good reliable company.
The website said 3 to 5 days but i received my item the next day. Very impressed. I also had a question and they answered within the hour. I could not fault this company and would definitely use them again.

Unbelievable service!!
Bruno was so helpful throughout the purchase and delivery. He gave me valuable advice on what pizza oven would be best for my garden. When the oven was delivered he gave great tips on how to move the oven and make sure it was assembled safely. He really did go above and beyond what was expected. The pizza oven itself is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. 5 star service at its best.

I called before buying on installation and usage, Bruno could not do enough for me. Once i had placed my order, the delivery was exactly when they said it was going to be and the delivery driver was more than helpful.
i had not even unpacked my new Pizza oven and Bruno had sent me a WhatsApp telling me to give him a call once i had installed for advice on seasoning my new oven and best practices on cooking. Fantastic customer service of the highest regard, Bravo
