Failed to generate

asked it to remove "alice" text from at pictur, it did while making the character on the photo a lot more curvy, asked it to remake it, then it put back text and removed the character instead, then reinserted the character, still wording alice, then just retouching the image making it sharper (which was cool) but still alice text and alice was there, last it suddently came up with replacing alice with "wonder" text instead lol

My experience with my 5 free tokens, yeah nah im not gonna pay a dime

A huge step down from Adobe

I honestly can’t believe this is the same Adobe that impressed me for so many years with its creativity and high-quality tools. This feels like a completely different experience (and not in a good way). The image quality is consistently poor, even when trying to enhance or improve images. The app crashes frequently during editing, making it unreliable and frustrating to use.
What’s even more disappointing is the lack of creativity in the generated results. Outputs feel repetitive and uninspired, with very little originality no matter how you adjust the prompts.
Overall, this is a huge step down from what I expect from Adobe. Between the constant crashes, low-quality output, and lack of innovation, I would not recommend it.

Credits and useless generations.

Accepted trial period with 'unlimited' generations only to find the 4000 credits using 400 credits per generation amounted to 6 out of the 10 generations useless. I could, of course , then have purchased a further 4000 credits.

Useless customer service

The credit system makes zero sense. I have apparently used 750 credits from making a about 30 very basic images. (The only reason it's 30 and not 3 or so is because firefly very rare generates even remotely the correct thing).
I contacted customer service who so far have been entirely unhelpful and are clearly trying to place blame on me stating "some models use more credits" should that not be made more transparent then?
Because yes you can call them credits but it's a product I pay for so it's really my money.
It's really glitchy and will often just go "ops your image can't be generated"
My main frustration is customer service, they've done nothing but waste my time.

Forcing to buy monthly plan

Forcing to buy monthly plan. Asked just to make video with growing roses around my picture and got completely different result. If they can't make such a simple task in demo mode, why should I buy monthly plan
