Product - Invincible plus smart watch Good looking Great Functional easy to use

I purchased a Fire-Boltt 4G voice calling smart watch from Amazon India on 24 May 2024.

 I have encountered several significant issues within a week of use that have rendered the device almost unusable:

Severe Battery Issues: The battery life is far below the advertised performance. It does not last more than two hours, even with minimal use. 

Frequent Error Messages: The device consistently displays error messages that disrupt its functionality.

 Unreliable Performance: The smartwatch has an alarming tendency to shut down automatically without any warning. This unpredictable behavior makes it unreliable and frustrating to use.

No Android support : We cannot use it for configuring WhatsApp messages or other app based activities.

Moreover, the customer service is absolutely useless. You can only connect after 4 or 5 attempts and the only response you get from them is ' Wait for 24 hours and your issue will be resolved. ' It is already been more than 10 days and I am still waiting to hear a different response from them.

I recently purchased a Smartwatch from this Website, and I'm very impressed. It has a sleek design, excellent battery life, and a user-friendly interface. The fitness tracking features are accurate and comprehensive, making it a great value for money. Highly recommend!

1.Battery Prolongs A week 5 days 6th or 7 day should put Charge Stay good (AOD-of)

3.Vibration is buzzy and good in Alerts
4. Touch movement And notification alert (whats up, insta ext ) Super.

very, very bad product. I bought this watch on December 10, 2023, and after it was not working, I raised a complaint, but now I get defective products. 

When I talked to customer care (Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Amol), they disconnected my call, and now they are not responding to my call.

Purchasing a Firebolt watch is just a waste of money. I would request the customer don't purchase this watch again.

This company is a fraud and a complete scam! Do NOT buy anything from this company. I purchased Fireboltt Phoenix, and received a faulty product with few parts missing from the package. I called the customer support, emailed them all the product details, sent them a video of the product, everything they requested and they do not even bother to answer any email. Please take a look at Mr.Arnav Kishore's (CEO of Fireboltt) profile on LinkedIn. Below every single LinkedIn post, people have complained about the quality of his products. Many have even mentioned him as a fraud and a scamster.

Company does not proper reply in mail and not providing support.

Dont buy any product from fireboltt commercial website

Your customer support doesn't connect. Your Twitter page redirects to a dummy crypto coin page. Are you guys legally working?

This is a review I will be taking up with legal authorities.
You guys are nothing but a scam.
Why?
You say your watches are "waterproof" and I have a screenshot of the product page to prove the same.
On the other hand, superficially, the user manual stated that the watch shouldn't be exposed to saltwater. Huh? Really? A smartwatch which is supposedly "waterproof" can't take in water? But can be used for swimming?
I tried getting in touch with the customer support NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE!!!
No matter which option I choose, the call ends.
There is a page for troubleshooting issues for the case where the watch doesn't power on, which cannot be found on the web now and displays a 404 error.
Mark my words : If my issue is not resolved, this will be taken further.

Please don't trust this brand. I have ordered their new launched model on the same day two months ago. They have delivered me a damaged product first time and I have requested for replacing the product. After two weeks I got a product having hang issue. Again I requested for replacement, I received a wrong and low priced model (ladies watch) for the third time after 1.5months.
Most sad part is their customer service, very bad and quality service. Even their customer care connect our calls after continuous try of one to two days.

Still they haven't solved my complaint, waiting patiently for it's refund. But no update of it through mail. I have wasted both my time and money... Now, I'm going to file a complaint to the hon'ble Consumer court.
Never trust Fireboltt. They will provide you a bad quality service and product.
