The 1st boiler installed by Fusion Heating/Energy, i can understand the sub stand of this company but the 2nd boiler installed was by a qualified plumber who has worked with our family for years and installed many parts that were sub standard over the 3yrs the two boilers were in our home. We still have the boiler out side you are welcome to come and view it, test it whatever. I also have pictures of the damage they have done to our property and of the burnt out rusty disintergrated parts that came out. Free scheme or not, what your company has caused us is worth a lot more than the price of your boilers.

Still waiting for parts from Firebird
Still waiting for parts from Firebird . It’s been three weeks now . In the bitter cold I am trying to heat the house with fan heaters and I have no hot water . They are absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered . Their boiler has been a nightmare ever since they installed it a couple of years ago . Nothing but trouble . If I wasn’t a pensioner with very limited income I would install a different boiler but I can’t afford another one .

I had a Boiler fitted last year had it serviced last week and the plumber said it was spotless inside so he gave me a discount because he didn't hacmve to work hard.

Absolutely shocking experience since…
Absolutely shocking experience since having our new boiler installed Xmas 2019.. this boiler hasn’t worked for longer than 6mths at a time. Constant break downs and components needing replaced. Our latest saga started on boxing’s day having to wait 3 weeks for new parts only for another part to break!! 6 weeks now with a total of 8 days having heating or hot water and now waiting for another 2 new parts!!! No communication from our installer absolutely at our wits end.

Firebird CSM, Matthew Cook what a Star…
We have had our Firebird Range Cooker for about 9 years now and it not only cooks our food but also heats our home and hot water. Yes we have had issues along the years but our recent issue involved the whole unit cooker and boiler going down but with the very grateful help from Matthew Cook the Customer Service Manager for Firebird UK, who managed to source the parts and with the help of a local service engineer we are now back up and running in a nice and toasty house again, well done Matthew, cant thank you enough

We recently had a new heating system installed using a Firebird oil combi boiler. The heating pump failed after the system was commissioned. Although a pump was dispatched it was never received however, Matthew at Firebird came to the rescue and a second pump was sent next day delivery which arrived. Matthew at Firebird went above and beyond. Arranged an engineer to call on a Sunday and fix the issues. The Engineer Matthew sent was superb and Matthew most definitely deserves a gold star for all his efforts and help. Thank you very much Matthew.

Inferior product best avoided
My plumber has just spent 3 days replacing my 25 year old boiler with a Firebird combi,only to find the burner does not work... no heat, no hot water. This i
s an inferior product.... I suggest you avoid.

Boiler broke down week before Xmas …
Boiler broke down week before Xmas phoned firebird customer service and spoke to Matthew who arranged an engineer visit the day before Xmas eve Brian arrived and fixed problem even came back Tuesday after Xmas for additional work, many thanks excellent customer care 😀

Oil Combi consistently breaks down
Had a firebird boiler for just over 3 years and had nothing but problems. We are on the 5th breakdown now, due to broken components and valves consistently leaking. We have been left without heating several times now including being left without heating or hot water for over 2 weeks during Christmas and have now had to move into a holiday cottage. It broke down the first week after installation. There is clearly something wrong with this firebird boiler. Really not happy with the constant breakdowns. These boilers are not fit for the purpose they are sold. Very costly in repairs.

Have had a problem with my heating…
Have had a problem with my heating system not working properly.
Called Firebird technical got some great technical support and direction from Brian and their engineer Kenny came out.
Very friendly and nothing to much trouble,
work through the system and got the system up and running again.
Woke up this morning and the house was warm.
Like to thank Kenny and Brian for all their help, very much appreciated.

A nightmare installed a Firebird combi boiler…
Installed a Firebird combi boiler system. Well leak after leak now circulating pump. Only 3 years old and nothing but trouble. Never will I install Firebird systems again. Living in Northern Ireland found it very hard to get replacement parts. Had to wait a week for the pump. Next time it goes bad better to dump it and get something more reliable.
Oil combi firebird boiler not fit for purpose
Had a firebird boiler for a year, nothing but problems. Awaiting a engineer for the 4th time in a year due to broken components, been left without heating several times now, last time I had to wait over a month for an engineer in a cold house. There is clearly something wrong with this firebird boiler and I feel asif the company is waiting for the warranty to expire. I also don’t like the companies attitude when I have raised issues! Not happy.
I recieved a call from firebird today for making a negative review which was not only unprofessional but intimidating and offensive.

Hello I'm Fred I had a new boiler…
Hello I'm Fred I had a new boiler fitted by my son because he said my one was to old.
He fits these new Firebird boilers all the time and reckons he can't find a better machine.
Anyway my review is that they are very good my oil doesn't go down as quick and it gets hotter quicker. I'm happy because the missus is happy.
