Ordered pizza, waited outside, it didn't turn up, ordered again, waited outside, it didn't turn up. So no pizza and £45 down. Deliveroo did not want to take responsibility. I went into the Southampton branch and the 'manager' couldn't care less. Kept telling us to let him speak and explain, which we did but every time we were getting our point across he tried to belittle us we found them to be completely rude and I definitely wouldn't order from here again as they did not treat us as humans, they spoke down to us and did not say sorry or take any responsibility. Pretty shocking really! Be aware they have no tracking for their delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE! YOU WILL REGRET IT. MY ORDER HAD TAKEN ABOVE 1HOUR AND 20 MINUTES TO ARRIVE. MY PIZZA ARRIVED COLD WITH BURNT BITS ON TOP AND THE HOUSE WEDGES WERE COMPLETELY RAW. THE MANAGER HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE AND THE MANAGER’S ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING

All staff were extremely kind with super service and the pizza was amazing highly recommend

Decent pizza, good service

My son has had a takeaway from Sidcup Fireaway before and really enjoyed it, so thought us oldies would give it a go. Between us we had the vegan pizza, a spicy meat based pizza, garlic bread and the nutella pizza pudding - all was lovely, fresh and tasty. I much preferred the most authentic taste of my pizza (using what I assume is something like a wood fire oven) over our usual local more generic pizza options.

I live 6 mins away from Stoke on Trent fireaway pizza in car but its somehow taking them over 2 hours to get a pizza and a few potato wedges delivered to my house. Im still waiting as I type this review.

When I rang to why it was taking so long I was met with a very bad attitude and sarcasm from the guy on the phone. I've now cancelled my order and demanded a refund

This is most worst Experience with three pizzas today. I never ever seen such worst pizza in my life.. very bad ..worst experience to guests..never ever going to use it..please try to avoid.. not skilled persons the chefs who makes pizzas..

Thw expirience was amazing. The pizza was made in under 5 minutes right in front of me. The entertainmrnt was amazing as I saw the pizza cook in the oven. The service was also great. I suggest going to this place!

Really annoyed..shall i have dominoes bo ill try this place and what do i get.. pizzanlike carboard i paid for extra cheese and sausage WHERE IS IT absolout crap place will bot go back and thabks for ripping me off

Very disappointed with whole experience. Ordered food to be delivered at 7- 7.15, food arrived 5.20pm. Not the drivers fault and keep food not to waste, had call from Restaurant saying they would send new - declined offer as did not want to waste- Manager said he would keep a note- this note will be completely a waste of time, as I will not order again. This was the first and last time I will ever use Fireaway. Food was average at best. Ordered from Caerphilly .

I tried to order online and the website and app won't let me progress beyond the main. I tried to call the branch and they won't accept an order that's not online as cash is required. I have always used fireaway for my pizzas but I will no longer be using them due to their customer service. Thankfully DOMINOS PIZZA's website works.

Do not buy a franchise from them you will loose money weekly and then be forced to sell the store
For less, please don’t take my word for it walk into any site
And just ask the question.

Ordered from Fireaway website- stated payment did not go through then ordered elsewhere. Got an email to say order on the way and restaurant would not cancel

first time coming here ever, was made really fast and still really warm, its so so good and just melts in your mouth , and the people that worked there was really nice would recommened!

Tried fireaway for the first time and must say I’m disappointed, it was flavourless and turned up cold , even their pasta tasted like it was a microwave meal we never order again

I went to my local fireaway with 6 of my friends and the workers gave us a lot of free food including pizzas flatbread and milkshakes as they were closing for the night
The food was lovely and very well prepared
10/10 we ended up spending 6 pounds and getting over 30 pounds of food in total

They can improve by getting better staff

The pizza was practically inedible. The dough was awful – dry and crumbly. I’ve always ordered from FireWay, but this branch has gone downhill week by week. The pizzas are getting worse, prices have gone up, and the quality has dropped a lot, especially the dough. It’s nothing like the pizza they used to make before. Really disappointing.

Delicious pizza but OMG Kingswood branch some of the staff are so rude, I ordered pizza they send wrong order and then say asked for what was delivered. Aggressive say you have done this theee times now. Shocking customer services

The delivery was a disaster. We waited almost 2 hours for it to arrive from the Ashford Middlesex shop. We called the shop several times and they just blatantly lied as to where the pizzas were and when we would receive them. After this, would never buy from them again.
