Terrible experience. Believe the only thing the tech we had was an expert at is the art of the "money grab". It almost felt like he assessed a situation for what they feel can be extort from a client. Where has integrity and honesty gone? Said "No" to $1500 for pulling and re-setting a toilet and to just charge me for the trip fee and any labor to remove the toilet. Said he would but 2 days later his invoice still states $1500 for the "job". Much more to the story but in the interest of time....I did escalate to FIre&Ice management - said I would hear from a manager within 24-48 hours. That has not happened either (its been 48 hours). Sad that this must be the 'culture' of the organization. They will never be in my place again.
