Fire & Form in Furness Vale is an absolute gem, the kind of place that feels almost tucked into its own little world. The showroom sits within the Furness Vale Business Centre, a beautifully converted mill style building nestled beneath the High Peak hills. You reach it by wandering down Calico Lane, a charming cobbled stretch that makes the whole visit feel like stepping into a cosy chapter of a story.
Inside, the space opens up warmly and invitingly. The fires were glowing, the air soft and homely, and everything was spotless and beautifully presented. We were welcomed with genuine kindness, offered coffee, invited to sit by a lit fireplace, and given calm, clear explanations throughout. The one to one service was exceptional: attentive, friendly, and wonderfully easy to talk to.
Their taste in furniture, accessories, pictures and clocks is truly impressive. So many gorgeous pieces, each chosen with care; I could easily have taken home several large items if my house were big enough. Every corner of the showroom felt thoughtfully arranged, almost like a curated little village of beautiful things.
Even though we didn't make a purchase this time, the customer care was flawless from start to finish, including their friendly engagement through Facebook before our visit.
Outstanding service, a warm atmosphere, and a setting that feels quietly magical beneath the High Peak hills.
