Doing very great, easy and somewhat fast to sell crypto and receive fiat. Sucks that crypto is so little developed here i live, but works to convert it back. The only app or platform I use to sell crypto.

bad experience
The platform looks nice, but data feeds are slow, and very slow customer support. Also the so-called proof of reserve thing which they claim to have is absolutely saying nothing. Also the cheap attack on other brokers (Bitvavo) is really a cheap trick in the book..

After 5 years I do not trust
Support is good but after 5 years I do not trust this plattform and avoid business with them. Handling fraud and compliance process is not professional and money can stick for days.

Quick transactions, very intuitive interface and I think out of all of my wallets it’s my favorite one. Easy to buy and sell and very transparant in the costs. Lastly the vault is a very nice feature to have. 10/10.

I miss a lot of features at Finst for…
I miss a lot of features at Finst for example a crypto credit card for paying daily expenses where I can get also a Credit Line on my Crypto without the need for selling it like Nexo. The possibility to generate a tax report in compliance with german laws. Also the possibility to trade additional assets like stocks and ETFs, like at Bitpanda. Crypto Loans are missing too at the moment.
