Probably the worst website I’ve ever…

Probably the worst website I’ve ever dealt with and I deal with a lot. Every time I order anything they send it to the ether and it never arrives. This would be tolerable if they would at least notice that they are inputting the shipping information incorrectly or that my packages take months to arrive when I literally pay for shipping for them to arrive sooner. Then they have the audacity to have a robo chat that runs you in circles and never lets you talk to a human. I sincerely hope they go out of business.

Impossible to make a return - avoid!!!

There is no facility to make a return. I logged in to my account and reviewed ‘previous orders’ after I logged in. There is only a link for making a claim on a defective product. Is this illegal?
There is no prompt on the receipt/ order information to make a return. Don’t make any orders from this company!
It took 3 months for most of my order to arrive and I am waiting for the final item which I have paid for.
Marrimekko hand towel is of poor quality and looks like a light fabric tea towel.
It is obvious that most of the 5 star reviews about the customer service are fake. I should have read the ONE STAR GENUINE REVIEWS before I ordered.
Don’t bother wishing me a good day when you reply it is fake sentiment.

Defective products only

Bought a Marimekko rug. Sheds badly and of bad quality. I think it’s defective.

Thought it was nothing so bought a &Tradition metal stool. Metal ring came off in less than 3 months of purchase. No response from customer service.

This company is unethical and sells defective products. Avoid at all cost

As per other reviews, run!

As per other reviews, run! At least for larger items of furniture (so not just plates, vases or very small furniture), this is a total disaster. Lost tons of money with these guys.

They really live the Finnish ‘relaxed’ ethos, having all the time in the world to consider the best option from their perspective when issues arise, which means that either unintentionally or on purpose the customer is absolutely shafted. In my opinion, they just intend to wear people down, with extra fake ‘Nordic happiness’/relaxedness.

The real insult though is that they cause all the issues in the first place. Poor packaging, old stock (customer returns?, photo shoots?) sold as new, no checking of deliveries from suppliers so sending out b-quality items, etc.

I am in the United States and ordered…

I am in the United States and ordered these dishes shipped to me. They arrived very quickly and were packed in such a way that they came to me in perfect condition. I have had these dishes in the past and was looking to replace some broken ones and happy to have found them here.

Great quality and fast shipping

The rug we bought came exactly as described. It was packed and delivered well, exactly according to the timeframe and on the date.
They shipped it with UPS. The shipment was quick and I was always informed exactly where the item was, which was great. All in all a really good experience.

I ordered an item in September 2024 and still don't have my item

I ordered an item in September 2024. I was informed after I had ordered the item that it would be delivered in December 2024. This seemed like a very long wait but I accepted the delay. When December came I received an email saying that there was a manufacturing delay. No time frame was given and I complained. I later received an update explaining that the item would now be delivered in March 2025. It's now March and there was no contact or update explaining when the item would arrive. I emailed the company again and after a week I was informed that the item would now reach them at the end of April. It has now been 7 months since I paid for the item. I have been offered a small credit voucher but I am so wary of ordering anything more from them that I can't even commit to buying another item. To say I'm disappointed doesn't even come close. At this stage, I think I will need to cancel the order. But just to warn people the delays can be far more than a few weeks.
