Christmas party panic

I needed a pair of shoes to go with a dress for a Christmas party. I had ordered a 7 from an English store (where I live) and the colour was perfect but the shoe was too big so, with time running out I needed to return them and order the 6. It seemed like the only retailer anywhere that had the specific colour and size I wanted was Finn’s. I ordered but it looked touch and go so I called them to explain. They immediately understood and promised to ship them out straight away, which they did and I could track their progress online.
The shoes arrived really quickly, look gorgeous, fit perfectly, match my dress and Cinderella is off to the party! Couldn’t be happier. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
