Very Positive!
My experience with Finizens so far is extremely positive. It was easy to set up initially and the app works well, changes in the investments can be made very easily. I find them very transparent and I haven't found another company offering this product at such low commissions.
In my opnion passive investment funds are the best way to invest, there are plenty of studies showing that they outperform/perform the same as actively managed funds at a fraction of the price (or should be a fraction of the price, some banks that i looked at were asking for extortionate management fees). I've set up funds for my young children (as well as for myself) and knowing that I already have some thousands put away for each of them brings me a lot of happiness.

This service is a scam
This service is a scam. They offer white label solutions to a number of banks "Powered by Finizens" but they would not count accountable for anything that happens to your portfolio. Their algorithm is inefficient and offers products that are not in line with your risk appetite. I have seen my portfolio that had supposedly the lowest risk range (conservative asset profile) and it had the hugest volatility (-20% in less than 4 months). Their contact service is the worst. When trying to understand why such a thing could happen,a man mansplained me that they only offer a solution so there are not responsible. They partner with banks but it's their duty to be transparent as they don't care if the bank using their product is doing in a nice way. And I was told that their service is only for direct clients of Finizens. When mentioned the right of financial service clients to have access to transparent access to information and to be provided with products in line with our risk profile, I was told it doesn't apply in this context. I would avoid it at any cost. Not safe, not reliable and rude customer service.
