Today I wore my Finisterre swimsuit for…

Today I wore my Finisterre swimsuit the Men's Merlin Board Short for the first time. As I bent down to pick up a ball, the swimsuit suddenly tore quite badly at the bottom. It was really strange, especially considering it cost £110. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Could it be a faulty batch? I really like the style of the swimsuit, so I was genuinely disappointed that it ripped on the very first day I wore it.

I have received exceptional customer care thank you Milan.

I have received exceptional customer service from Finisterre.
Milan was so efficient in getting my order to me in time for my holiday.
The items were very well made and beautiful comfortable fabric.
The Aurora shorts and matching rash vest
made swimming in our English sea such an enjoyable experience!
Thank you finisterre for creating such a fabulous brand.

Always a winner!

I recently bought three things from Finistere:
Firecrest hooded mens jacket XS
Nimbus hooded mens jacket XS
and an XS t-shirt

I'm 163cm, 62kg and the sizing is great. Sleeve length, jacket length, figure 'hug' all are right on the button. The clothes are really well made and I feel a million dollars in all of them. I have had loads of compliments on the t-shirt already! Thanks Finistere: great products which are well priced (and suit their purposes very well).

Delightful customer service and swimming things

I have been keen on some swimming gear that’s been out of stock so I emailed the head office who very helpfully checked and told me which store had it in stock. I spoke to St Ives and they were completely delightful ans on it and my swimming costumes are on their way to me now! Wonderful customer service all round, thank you.

Finisterre is a great company

Finisterre is a great company. I had a problem with the zip on a jacket I had bought from them. The Customer Service team went beyond helpful in their responses. Replies to emails were quick, well written, friendly and offered options for solutions for me. All in all a very positive experience and I will definitely purchase more of their very good quality gear.

We recently went to Edinburgh store and had outstanding customer service from one of the staff members, Nadine. She went above and beyond to help us and couldn't have done any more. She is a credit to have working for Finesterre and made such an effort with us that we'd definitely go back.

Fault rectification, no quibble.

A rain jacket developed a fault too early in its life and Finisterre were happy to exchange it. The whole process was amicable, simple and quick. What's more I can rest assured that the faulty item has been entered into their recycling scheme. A great company walking the ethical talk.

Excellent Customer Service

I returned a damaged item and wished to re-order a replacement at the same time but was concerned about the cost as the original item had a discount code applied. Becky at Finisterre was brilliant, she despatched the new one for me same day delivery for free and invoiced me applying a further discount code and an additional discount for the inconvenience. I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered - credit to Finisterre

EXCELLENT customer service

Ordered a bag with wrong address

I ordered a new bag over a bank holiday weekend and realised I’d missed my house number off the address. Completely my over sight.

I emailed to ask if this could be updated but due to the team being off for the bank holiday weekend it was dispatched too soon.

Annoying but I can hardly be angry at it being dispatched too quickly to fix my mistake. And I was able to divert it with Royal Mail so all was good.

The team via the email was friendly and really quick to reply. Definitely makes me keen to order again in the future
