Awful customer service!!
Was advised that the fitter would be with us between 12pm - 3pm. At 4pm we called Fineweave to be advised the fitter was in traffic on the M3 but would be with us by 4.30pm at the latest. At 4.45pm we called again to find out where the fitter was.
He eventually turned up at 5pm wearing a very dirty vest and shorts with a cigarette in his hand. There was no introduction or visibility of who he was (company logo/name bad he etc) and he rudely said am I going to let him in.
Once establishing he was from Fineweave I advised him he was very late at which point he got aggressive with me and stated it “was not his problem, it’s a company problem and they should have told me he was running late” (he admitted he had not advised the company he was running late)
After a few minutes of him shouting at me he then decided to walk off and ignore any attempts at conversation we made!!
Customer care is clearly not something that Fineweave care about.
Only use them if you enjoy being abused in your own home by a contractor
