Cancellation of Subscription via EMAIL only - MISSES TRANSPARENCY and GDPR Compliance

Marketing doesnt suit outcome
Its content learning but if you dont have context to apply it doesnt makse sense

They are not transparent on cancellation of subscriptions. You have to mail them only then they will proceed with cancellation untill then you are billed unnecessarily. This is not GDPR compliant, seems enforced and lacks transparency.
