Excellent Service
We recently had Finest Painters paint our townhouse before moving to Canada from Germany, and the experience was fantastic! Their communication is very high-tech, which made the entire process seamless even while we were overseas. Everything was handled online, and they sent us daily updates with photos, so we always knew how the project was progressing. Mediocre at best
Mediocre at best. Returned to do some touch ups on some rough areas that were not sanded very well as indicated on the contract. They compared their work to a storage room that was only primed and not professional painted. They did not ask permission to go into that room they were not painting. The areas that were sanded looked ok, but other areas were ignored. It's not a lot of work and they had the equipment to do it, but it would have taken more time to do a better job, and they just seemed too lazy to do it. They were trying to add extra costs and have it all redone over again. We heard a lot of excuses, and were just happy that they left so we don't have to hear them anymore. They did leave some left-over paint and are not looking for a repeat customer. We will need to sand over most of the areas and repaint by ourselves. If they wanted to do a proper job, they would have done it. There is nothing further to discuss.

Despite that, we offered a 50% discount, knowing that as a company we wouldn’t make any profit, so you could experience the quality of our work.
Once the job was completed, it’s disappointing to see that you’ve described our team so negatively, especially as we fulfilled everything outlined in the contract. Additionally, when extra work outside the original scope was requested, we informed you of the additional labor costs, which is standard practice.
