Absolutely SHIT quality with way too high prices. This is basic china/shein ultra fast fashion with LOW quality materials. Im so mad that i spent almost 800€ on this crap. AVOID.

I ordered something and then realised I already have it, woops, so I send them an email asking them to cancel the order, they responded within minutes and helped me out amazingly.

I love the coat I ordered but it's the wrong size.
The returns form online keeps bringing up errors so I contacted customer service but no reply. I've followed up and still nothing.
I'd really love some help if possible as the coat is really lovely!

Ordered a £130 coat from here thinking it was coming from an actual shop but it is actually coming from China and is basically a drop shipping business with shein clothing. After 2 weeks and the tracking still showing it being in china I put in a refund request. Stay away.

There was a delay on the dress I purchased and the customer service was amazing and professional. Mackenzie reached out to me and helped! Seems like a brand that really cares about their customers.

I absolutely loved my clothes I got from here!! I’ve been seeing them on Instagram for a while but didn’t order until just recently. I got the Lindsay wrap dress and got so many compliments on it. Shipping was fast as well & my package was sent from a US warehouse so I’m surprised at some of the notes saying it comes from somewhere else. Honestly my new favorite store!

Super slow shipping with no updates. Quality is similar to shein with a higher price tag.

My order was never delivered! I was highly excited to support this business, and now I’m disappointed of everything I’ve learned. They have no support team nor a connection with their carriers. Spend your money elsewhere forsure

I thought dress was coming from a shop in UK it's actually coming from China. Fine if you were paying Schien prices and but not shop price. Quality poor and after sales service terrible. Would avoid.

Ordered their Adara Pink Ruched Mini Short on 29/9 and delivered 4/10 so only 6 days. No issues, nice soft material. Good communication.

I ordered a t- shirt from them on August 30. I have not gotten my item. I have sent three emails and No Response. I am about to call my bank and get my money back.

Sad to read poor reviews as my experience has been great. Delivery is slower than other places but that’s to be expected. Quality of the items is good, selection and style are both great. Returns could be a little easier but I’m sure they will work out the kinks!

Firstly took 3 weeks to arrive I sent a few emails asking where my order was and just got sent an automated email back, they sent my order in 3 different bags on different days, the clothes themself are worse than shien quality for triple the price, awful quality way too expensive, sizing was way off. Will never be ordering again.

I would NEVER order from FINESSE again!!! I order two dress the material is poor quality not to mention the package that it arrive in I'm sorry there is not an option to post a picture of the package. The package is a black bag with the rainbow symbol and 2 clouds at each end of the rainbow with these words "I'M HERE B$@&$" this is not a good way of displaying business. I'm beyond disgusted

i will never buy from finesse again. poor quality for the price, inaccurate sizing (item was way too big and i chose the sizing based on the measurements they provide in their sizing chart), and the return takes a lot of money.

This brand is everywhere, from Twitter to Instagram, but they have one of the worst quality of clothes that I have seen. I have bought four of their dresses, and lost a lot of money. The dresses are poor in quality meaning: the material is see-through; they have inclusive sizes, but those sizes don’t fit how they’re supposed to; the fabric will not last long because it’s Shein quality. The only reason why I am giving it two out of five stars is because the order arrived on time and in full.

Out of all of these dresses, I was able to wear only one so I definitely don’t recommend.

The packaging is absolutely deplorable. I don’t know what has happened to this society to where it’s now acceptable and trendy to brand your product with profanity… I was so embarrassed to have my child see “I’m here bit**” on the package …. The fact that Trust Pilot won’t allow profanity but this company deems it ok is telling of the quality of business… if the buisness is bad then the clothing is bad ……..I’m so pissed I’m sending this piece of trash back.
