The clarity of the white/tan background in the larger rug was not what I had expected -- still, it looks good under my upstairs dining table. The pale rug runner for the other room is almost as bright as shown in the advert.

The name of the store really corresponds to the products offered here. I was impressed by the fact that there is a wide range of colors and shades. The materials are pleasant to the touch.

I've had success ordering 2 rugs so far. A little pricey, but the quality is definitely there. I wouldn't mind getting an annual email promotion as repeat customer. That said, they did offer 15% off my next purchase. The email responses to my questions were very much appreciated.

wonderful selection, excellent customer service

The staff were very helpful when I wanted to return one of the two rugs I purchased. We kept the larger rug. Although we were initially pleased with it, it was poorly made. Despite having cats and other oriental rugs for many. many years with no damage at all, our cats pulled tufts from this rug almost from day one. The owner would not accept a return. He only offered a partial refund if we bought another of his rugs.
