I finally did get my ordered Mother's day onesie, 2 days after Mother's day... Not sure what good that did.
Also, the print is super fuzzy like you took an online image, blew it up too large, and tried to use it to print. Even if it had arrived on time, I would have deducted 1 start at minimum.
As it stands, I don't want or need this article of clothing. I filed a report with my credit card company disputing the charges last week. If the company would reach out I would have cancelled, or returned this but they are non-responsive.
Never received my Onsie for Mother’s Day!!
I ordered my 18-24 month onsie on April 16th and it still hasn’t arrived as of May 13th. That’s damn near a month. I could just go buy the products myself not know what I’m doing and make my own onsie. I filed a claim with my bank and they have refunded my account. I wrote a message on Facebook and later found out I was blocked as it says no data is available. I emailed the company on May 5th and of course they didn’t respond except to say Andrew great news your item is on the way. But of course there’s no tracking number on the email I’ve never bought something from somewhere and never not had a tracking number attached. Worst company ever l, I should file a complaint a complaint to Facebook!

This company is possibly a scam. I have not received my products and was charged. The two good reviews in here can’t be real. There is lots of bad reviews now on Facebook about them we are all also committing on here as well to warn others.
Worst online experience EVER
An item ordered in early April, for Mother's Day, is still not received. I contacted them twice asking for an update with no response. I have asked for a refund through PayPal and am still waiting. Their service is poor, if existent at all.

Same as everyone else, but I received it yesterday, the day AFTER Mother's Day AND the baby's name wasn't on it!! Numerous e-mails....no response! Phone call...on hold forever with no response....

I ordered a onsie, also, for my grandson. It was for him to wear on Mother’s Day and I never received it. I reported them. Very sad to do people this way. I hope they lose everything!
Never received order
I ordered a mothers day shirt on April 19th for mothers day on May12th. Almost an entire month! The item never showed up and they blocked me on facebook and deleting all of my comments about the poor experience.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is the worst company to ever do business with. I have ordered 2 items and have not received either one. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. I have sent many messages about my order with no response. Finally talked to someone 3 days ago who told me my order would be shipped over the weekend. It is now Monday and my order is still showing as being in print. HORRIBLE company and a scam

Same story as everyone else. I placed my order on April 16th. I got nervous because my order didn’t show shipped on 5/2 and sent an email. No response. Sent another email and messaged them on Facebook on 5/6. Finally got confirmation it shipped later that day. Bad news is it shipped from France (I live in the US) and it would be 8-12 days before delivering which was obviously too late. Disappointing customer service and worse execution. Luckily I ordered another onesie from Amazon because I had no faith in Finekick and it arrived in time. Still wasted $25 but lesson learned.

I ordered a Mother's day onesie for my baby's very first mother's day on April 16th, and of course never received my purchase as everyone else here... I had received an e-mail which says it would arrive in 5-9 working days on April 23rd so I assumed it would be here by May 12th. What made me feel sad and angry the most was the fact that they took advantage of clients' love for their family. An unacceptable and terrible experience ever, I will never use this company! Hope everyone here including myself will feel better soon.
