If you want a quick response look elsewhere. The items supplied are of good quality and of the correct size but were a mix of bolts and set screws, not what I ordered.

Had the bolts I needed (which werent easy to find), at a good price, and delivered in a timely manner.
Pleased!

If I could give no stars I would ordered from them 2 weeks ago checked my progress and it keeps saying order in progress tried contacting them but no reply I would urge others not to get anything off this company just a scam.

I placed a small order 27/6/25, after searching online and being impressed and delighted by the great range and good value.
After my order showed no progress a week later in the order history, I tried to contact 3F by phone and email and had no response.
I also noticed with the order history that my confirmation email linked to that I'd placed an order 2 years earlier that still showed as 'processing in process'.
I initiated a refund request through Paypal and received my refund after the window for the seller to respond had passed with no response.
I was happily surprised to then receive my order 22/7/25.
I guess this suggests shambolic, hit or (more often) miss service, rather than a deliberate rip off.
What a shame.

I ordered stock items at the cheapest rate of all suppliers. The items had not arrived in 14 days. The company does not answer emails or telephone calls thus rating only 4 stars. Other reviews were painting a bad picture of this company and made me doubt the companies integrity. The items arrived 5 days after cancelling the order. Payment dispute was stopped and I must apologise in my case for accepting other reviews. Yes, they are cheap, yes, the customer service is dreadful - but the product I received was first rate.

Waiting two weeks and no reply to either email or phone calls. Should have read the other reviews and not wasted my time!

Searched for a 6mm hi-tensile screw and this company claimed they were in stock. 14 days on - no screws. Ignored 3 emails, no answer to calls. Contacted Bank to claw payment back. Also invoked cancelling order in 14 days law to demand payment back. 5 days on, items arrived. Had to re-instate payment and correct this review. The products are first class but Customer Service sucks. I would give 5 stars, but Customer Service let's the Company down. After reading other reviews I doubted the Company - I was completely wrong in doubting the company.

I have given them 1 star because I have too but they don’t deserve it .absolutely diabolical .Really really slow at posting.NEVER AGAIN !

Please read all the reviews and don't use this company.
I ordered with a 3-4 days waiting time and as of now I have been waiting 5 weeks, there is no reply to emails, and the phone is never answered. I feel like they have taken my money and then not bothered to send my bolts, awful awful experience, please don't be their latest victim.

Not only was the order incredibly slow to arrive but they sent out the wrong screws.

I’ve called about a dozen times over the last week and I’ve sent an email and got exactly zero response.

Awful company. Avoid at all costs.

As per a few reviews here, I placed a small order with them on the 30th April & as of writing this review I am still awaiting my order.

I left a message on my order requesting an ETA, no response. I emailed them directly, no response. I even messaged them via their Instagram account & still no response. Today I called the phone number on the website & it went straight to voicemail.

Don't let the cheap prices fool you...

SCAM - do not order anything from here, I placed an order on 8th April, as of 13th May, I still have not received my items despite serval emails and numerous attempted phone calls and the money being taken from my account

Placed a small order which was invoiced immediately but goods never received.
No response to numerous emails.

Only ordered a few nuts and bolts, diabolical slow service, processing to despatch was 3 days. When ordering it stated 3 day delivery. It took longer to process. Please do not buy from this company if you want the goods in the same month!
What a completely crap service and I am glad I paid through PayPal

Arrived quickly, excellent, difficult bolts to find up here, unless you buy 50! Great service, quality parts, great comms and definitely best price. Thanks again will be back. 5*

2 special nuts ordered on 8th April on '2-3 working days' delivery.
Emailed them on 23rd asking for a refund because they hadn't turned up.
No reply, but parcel arrived 25th April on Royal Mail 48h.
That's 11 working days! Already bought the items elsewhere and done the job..
I'd advise people to use a reputable company, I will next time.

Scam. Don't be fooled by professional website and pay-pal payment links. I've already raised a resolution with paypal. and will be reporting this company to trading standards and action fraud uk. One of the few times I didn't bother reading reviews as the website looked so legit.

Massive Scam.
Do not engage with this business, they will take your money and not send anything.
Refusing to respond to email/phone/website.
Will be contacting Trading Standards to report them.

Order never fulfilled, they don't answer emails (probably incompetent), don't answer phone calls either.
So, this COWBOY outfit has effectively STOLEN my money.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
