I m waiting since 7th Of December the web password. I cannot pay my rent and I cannot live because my card is not activated

Worst service ever.

Worst service ever.
I have an unknown charge on one of my Fineco debit cards at my request they cancelled it.By the way the customer service person I talked to was quite unpleasant and he just cancelled all my debit cards without telling me,right during the holiday season.
So I had no access to my money.Smart move Fineco.
Then AFTER MORE THAN TWO WEEKS I haven’t yet received my replacement card.A world record of incompetence.
Fineco a digital bank…a joke .They operational standards are from last century.
My account manager ,Luca, has to endure the low quality service of his employer which is a pity since he is truly a great professional.
