What a stunning quality print! The paper and print are amazing. We are really happy. The attention to detail in packaging was incredible with all care clearly taken to transport safely with zero chance of damage. I haven't seen quality and care like this in a Company for a long time. I thought everyone had forgotten what it was to have good products, packaging and customer service. Thank you.

I ordered 3 prints but when they arrived two of them were of poor quality having a dull/muddy tinge to them. It looked like the printer was running out of certain colours and not reflective of what was shown on the website. I rang up but my dissatisfaction was met with arguments and an unwillingness to accept what I was saying. Very poor customer service. I've returned both prints requesting a refund. As yet not received.

Unfortunately the picture wasn’t quite what I expected but Natasha dealt with it very professionally, accepting a return without question and fully refunding me not only the original cost but the delivery charge as well. I am sorry it wasn’t what I wanted but I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company in the future.

When I needed a print to fit my old frame the print size was tweaked to perfection. The quality really is museum standard with swift and safe delivery. Customer services so helpful making for a hassle free experience. I would recommend to anyone with a keen eye for quality.

Ordered 2 bespoke large stretched canvas prints. Quick confirmation and dispatch within the 5 days promised. Free delivery by DHL easily rearranged for a day when we were in followed by 1 hour delivery slot the night before. Very happy with the quality of the prints and the whole ordering/delivery process. Highly recommended. So sorry Brexit has destroyed your European trade....

It is rare to encounter a company who combine an excellent product with outstanding customer service but Fine Art Prints on Demand do just that. From helping me with advice initially to solving a problem of my own making they have been amazing. The prints arrived within 2 days of ordering which is extraordinary efficiency and this was just before Christmas! It has been a surprise and a pleasure dealing with Fine Art Prints and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I ordered a print, Order #14006. When it arrived, the wrong glazing was added. I requested a refund as the print was for a particular occasion and had now missed the deadline. I arranged collection via Fine Art Prints, however, two days later this has still not been picked up by a courier in spite of being assured this had been arranged. The weekend is here and this will be another two days delay. I am waiting for a refund and this is delaying the whole process. I am not happy with how this is being handled. It is down to Fine Art Print to manage the courier collection. They have failed to deliver on their own promise "we'll have a replacement or refund sorted for you the next working day at the latest" as advertised on their website. I have been a good customer for years but not going forward. I will not use Fine Art Print again.

Such a great experience buying from these folks, I accidently ordered 2 copies of a print, which Natasha noticed, and checked with me via email that this was correct, before promptly refunding me the money. When the prints arrived, they were of even higher quality that I expected. Could not recommend more!

We have just received a replacement framed print from Fine Art Prints On Demand. The first one we received was of first class quality but darker than shown on their website. They made their own comparison and immediately agreed with our comments and sent a replacement by return. We are so pleased with the replacement and will be ordering more prints in the near future.
