I was contacted by Find Your Influence to work on a collaboration with TUI UK and Pinterest UK. I spent 2 months working on the collaboration with lots of back and forth emails and MANY edits. It was an absolute nightmare and took so much work.

The communication and creation started in May 2025, I posted the collaboration in August and didn't get paid until late December 2025. I emailed various people at the company many times and I kept getting OOO messages and being passed from one person to another with various excuses. Then they claimed they will pay me at the end of December... sadly after reading all the reviews here, I couldn't see that happening.

So I contacted TUI & Pinterest directly and they handled it for me and I got paid not long after they intervened.

I would never work with Find Your Influence again.

I eventually got paid, minus a fee that was taken via PayPal.

Communication was smooth at the beginning. My initial contact person was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. However, this changed as soon as the topic of payment came up. Suddenly, she was no longer responsible and referred me to another contact person, who has been delaying the matter ever since.

The agreed payment deadline has already passed. Despite multiple reminders, no payment has been made. Instead, the agency unilaterally extended the payment date to March 6, even though the contract clearly states that payment is due 90 days after completion of the collaboration (submission of all Pins).

The project itself involved numerous revision rounds — first through the agency and then again through the brand, Søstrene Grene. Several changes requested by the agency turned out to be unnecessary, as they did not meet the brand’s expectations and had to be revised again according to the brand’s own feedback.

Payment is supposed to be made via PayPal. Based on other reviewers’ experiences, the fees appear to be very high, which raises additional concerns given the ongoing delay.

I would strongly advise creators to be cautious when working with this agency. Even representing a reputable brand like Søstrene Grene does not guarantee a reliable payment process.

Contract had the longest payment terms I've ever seen, and even then I was not paid on time. After one month of following up with vague and/or no responses, it took the threat of legal action to receive payment. No explanation as to why payment was late and no apology for it either. This is the most unprofessional agency I've ever encountered.

I made two reels for a company and it was a lot of work because I kept getting a lots of corrections that I had to implement. What was actually in the contract was simply overturned, and everything was done differently. To this day, I haven't seen any money!
Update: I received the money, but much less than announced due to high PayPal fees and poor conversion.

I partnered with this company on a HOKA x Zappos campaign in June 2025 with a contract clearly stating that payment would be made 90 days after the campaign date (September 2, 2025). Despite fulfilling my deliverables in full and on time, I have not been paid the $3,600 owed to me.

Over the past several weeks, I have sent numerous follow-up emails (September 2, 8, 11, 16, 17, 22, and 23) and have only received vague assurances from different team members, with no resolution and no payment. I’ve been redirected from one person to another without accountability, and the invoice is now more than three weeks overdue.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly caution other creators, freelancers, and partners to be aware of the serious risk of non-payment when working with this company.

FYI ultimately honored the Creator Program Agreement. I respect their willingness to follow through, even though the process took time. The team I worked with was kind and professional throughout.

The platform is dishonest. I have been in communication with Daryn and they have been giving me the run around with payment. First they convinced me to accept an Amazon Job for pennies. Upload a ridiculous amount of photos and get paid a measly amount. I accepted because "economy". I did the job and now they only want to pay me HALF of the original promised amount, because AMAZON decided this. They also offered me the full amount if I redid my posts. I said NO automatically and accepted the HALF. They have taken over 4 months to pay me at this point.

UPDATE: I did eventually get paid half and after complaining further another month or two after that I got paid the other half. So yes eventually I got paid in full! So for that I will add another star!

Their platform is ok. I had the chance to “opt in” a campaign, this was in January. I completed the campaign and it is now end of April and I have YET to see the campaign completed which obviously means I haven’t been paid. I’ve been emailing them and trying to escalate this further. They’re putting the blame on the “brand” (huge brand btw) so I HIGHLY doubt that the brand lacks resources to “check” the work. I then get a rude reply that basically says we’ve already updated you on this! And that’s it!!! I’m fuming!! No sorry for the delay I will check with the brand again, or at this point take the L as a company and pay up!!!

I joined in January 2022 and connected my blog, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, and you can also connect your YouTube and TikTok. There are no campaigns to apply for, and it says that an offer will be sent to you once you are selected for a campaign. I have received no offers from them since joining.

UPDATE: In response to the reply, it is now March 2026, and I still have not received a single campaign through Find Your Influence. It is great that they "work with thousands of influencers ever day on campaigns" but the 2-star review is reflective of my experience. Due to the passive-aggressive reply, I have decreased my review to 1-star. Also, it has been 4 years without receiving a single offer.
