Refund Request for 1,639 DKK Lost in Weekly Renewals
I am writing to file a complaint about a scam-like subscription process and poor customer service.
I subscribed to a one-week service for 149 DKK on your website on 22 August 2025. After that, the subscription was renewed every week without any notification. This means I ended up paying 596 DKK per month without my knowledge.
I didn’t discover this until November, because there's no notification by email or SMS, by which time I had already lost 1,639 DKK.
I contacted your support team. The first time, I was told that the money would be refunded. However, after waiting a long time, I did not receive anything. I emailed again, but I have not received any reply.
I request a full refund of the total amount charged(1639 dkk) without my authorization.
