Idea behind the site is really good
The idea behind the site is really good, but as others have noticed, quite a few of the pubs already gone and site not updated. That might be the pubco's fault.
It can also be excruciatingly slow - tried 3 different browsers and just as bad on all of them.
However, they do pass your details to pubs you're interested in and on a couple of occasions I've been contacted directly.

Awful!
Trying to find a pub to run is the next thing to most stressful and frustrating thing ever. It's the pub companies that will treat you like dirt, but this site isn't helping the matter. They do not update the information at all, all the listings are old, most of the pubs have already been run by someone else for months and months. Absolutely useless.

Probably one of the worse companies Iv come across. Water 6 months chasing them, at the end they didn’t even have any decency to call me back and let me know where I stand. Don’t bother with them

Unsure if they are still in business!
Absolutely impossible to get in touch with this business. They aren't accepting phone calls due to Covid (neither receiving them nor returning them) which seems pretty extraordinary given that Covid isn't spread down the telephone as far as I know.
They advise you to email them and they will email you back...except they don't!
