Just what I was looking for when I was looking for it.

1 Star – Would Give 0 If I Could

My 92-year-old Grandad purchased a vacuum battery from Findaspare.uk and has been trying to return it, and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. The email address on their website doesn’t work, the phone number doesn’t work, and the only way we’ve been able to reach them is through eBay messaging — despite the fact that the purchase was made directly on their website via guest checkout. It was not at all clear during checkout that their site is integrated with eBay, so we now can’t access the return label they issued.

We explained this multiple times, even sending screenshots, and politely asked for either the return address or the label in PDF/image format. Instead of actually helping, we kept getting the same unhelpful response saying the return is “approved,” which we already knew. No solution, no address, no usable label. Since then, our messages have been ignored entirely.

I’ve taken over dealing with this because my Grandad shouldn’t have to stress over something so simple at his age, and it’s heartbreaking getting phone calls from him because he’s upset and confused by their complete lack of support.

This company has been unprofessional, unresponsive, and incredibly difficult to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone, and would give zero stars if that were an option.

Purchased a Dyson DC41 HEPA filter from them on Amazon. The filter is not fit for purpose, causing a loud squealing sound. They have not replied to my emails to resolve this, their claims of excellent customer service are just lies. Seems like they just sell cheap useless crap from China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM.

The part I purchased was too small and I needed to return it. Their returns policy states you must first email them to get a returns label and, having emailed the company several times, I still have not received a reply.
Very poor customer service.

Easy to order and received remarkably quickly!!

Grill pan was good quality, well packaged and arrived within the stated delivery time.

quick and e asy process from order to delivery

A total waste of time! I ordered a kettle filter. Order was accepted. A week later I was sent a refund, which presumably cancelled the order. No other communication or explanation.

Very helpful and clear product descriptions with fast delivery.
