Unfortunately, I had understood that I had an appointment on 10th Jan at 1930, but cannot recall receiving a written confirmation. Unsurprisingly, I had no call and no visit!!

Very professional and informative
Very professional and informative. We found Paul to be very knowledgeable and approachable and he gave us sound advise which we acted on.
He did not try and sell his service and he did not rush, allowing us as much time as we needed.

Contacted this website to try to talk to an ifa as i needed to find out some information about my financial situation. Spoke to kevin gaskell who contacted me by phone 2 or 3 days later and he was able to answer my questions. I was very pleased with to speed and service provided and would not hesitate to recommend based on this experience.

The advisor selected was not suitable he only deals with pension claims of over £70,000 and his phone number was a London area code not local to me in Plymouth at all. I asked could another advisor be found but have not had any reply.
