This entire process was a top notch service. If not for delays with the TXSOS and me wanting to keep entity name, the process could have been done in a few weeks at most. Speaking for myself, Dan at the Finance Factory was to the point and delivered 100% on all promises. I would do business again any time and highly recommend the Finance Factory and the ROBS process they offer.

Donald was able to get me the funding I needed that I couldn't get anywhere else I tried, despite a great credit score. Once I was linked with him, I got the funding incredibly fast like I never expected. He guided me the whole way through, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to talk to.

Very timely processing attention to detail go communication

1. I got about 40% of the cash I needed, from 1 out of 3 lenders we sought.

2. They were sophisticated in their approach, fast, and polite. I didn't feel like I was dealing with loan sharks, which I loved.

4. Their fee of 7.9% is not bad, considering other vultures who sought 10+ percent.

5. You are not obligated to accept funds. I've had some sharks who could not got me 40% of my financing goal, but they required you to accept the funds and still pay their fee, when terms from bank were outrageously high (like 35% APR).

3. Only negative, initially we discussed business credit for my existing business. They never sought it, so I ended up dinging my personal credit with hard inquiries and increased my personal debt-to-income ratio (I took the cash anyway).

Simple process and professional and efficient staff.

The whole process was fast and educational. Communication was great and easy to understand. I’m very satisfied with the service i received. I highly recommend for anyone who’s needing a “shortcut” with getting funded. Thank you!
