Very professional, they were there to help the whole way through.

Priscilla was excellent. Very responsive and understood our goal. She didn't stop working hard until that was achieved. She also went above any beyond assisting with much of the administrative or coaching via the phone. I would refer her 10 out of 10 times.

Expensive origination fee for just ending up with a personal auto loan.

I had spent countless weeks looking for an organization that would possibly assist me, a new business owner with financial relief. The quest for support was fairly daunting and exhausting due to the fact that many institutions were reluctent to entertain new businesses or would hit you with an outrageous APR just for doing business! I however had the fortunate opportunity to come across an amazing individual! For legal purposes, I’ll call her Priscilla I, and man does she have the midas touch! She absolutely nailed it! The second time around seems to be the charm! We'd spoken previously about business opportunities, but I was reluctant to see the light for being in pursuit of other $ opportunities. How quick the loan was processed. How easy the process was. the staff assisting with the loan process.
The loan amount was between the 30,000 and 80,000, which was good . The only thing was that the monthly payments were a little higher than I expected, But freeing up some other major loans prevented practically my whole retirement check going toward one bill.

I started a business about a year ago and made a rookie mistake of not having enough capital upfront.

What no one tells you is, your business must be opened for two years to get a loan from a commercial bank and most banks no longer offer personal loans.

I did a lot googling, reading and weighing my options. I was very hesitant to get a loan through a third party but I reached out to Finance Factory regardless of my hesitation.

It’s important to note, I am a very tough customer and I rarely receive good service. That said, I had the BEST experience with Priscilla!! I was blown away by her - and that’s saying something. Ha! Her knowledge, ability to explain complicated information in a clear way and her lovely disposition were all remarkable.

It was easy to put my trust in Priscilla because she knows the business inside and out and she made me feel like she was working for me. Priscilla really put my mind at ease. I am so impressed and you will love her too.
