I requested a consultation, described the issue in advance, and we agreed on a time. Thirty minutes were scheduled. The company representative showed up 9 minutes late and informed me that they needed my billing details to issue an invoice. In other words, there was no consultation at the agreed time, and my time was wasted. Why they couldn’t have asked for the details and received the payment before the consultation started remains a mystery.
