Good concept but need better support

I tried FIN (fin.rehab) and found the platform to be a decent idea with a clean and easy-to-use interface. The overall setup is straightforward, and it doesn’t take long to understand how things work.
However, my experience wasn’t completely smooth. Communication and customer support could be improved, as responses were either delayed or not very helpful. I also think the platform could provide clearer information about its services to avoid confusion.
