Excellent service! Fast and secure transfer.

My experience with Fin.do has been outstanding! I used the platform to send funds to both my **bank account** and my **personal card**, and in both cases, I received the money in just **2 business days** without any issues.

The app interface is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Customer support also deserves praise – they were quick, helpful, and solved my questions efficiently.

I really appreciate the transparency in fees and the sense of security throughout the process. I had already left a positive review before, but I wanted to update it to reflect this new great experience.

This company offered good services, but the organisations they were unable to reach a solution because they did not reveal that they were holding private information of the general public.
They are asking for accurate and dangerous information, for no reason they request verification the card photo , with holder name , and a selfie with the card.. We all know that when we want to transfer from card to card , we wrote the card information ( card number and expiry date and cvv, without holder name).
This verification only prove that they keeping our information in there cloud.

This is not legally permissible, because the card-issuing bank informs all its customers not to give the bank card number to anyone, regardless of their capacity.
They are not supposed to seize the information. We write the bank card number, and we think that the system in place does not allow giving or registering information with them.

Without knowing the reason, they request verification for one of my account cards a photo of the card, a selfie, and a statement of the card.

Where is the privacy protection? Who gave you the right to request such information or keep information about the card numbers of millions of customers

As it is mentioned in our ToS we ask all our customers to provide ID documentation so that we can verify who they are. By doing this, we prevent fraud and unauthorized uses of our app, keeping our users, their data, and all transactions secure.

If you wish to increase your sending limits, make a transfer above your transaction limits, or if we detect any suspicious activity on your account, we may require you to submit identity verification documentation.

We request a selfie with visible name and last 4 digits of your card only (and cover the rest of the card number) or bank statement that proves that the cards you add as your own belong to you. According to our Terms and Conditions we only allow transfers from the cardholders.
In accordance with PCI DSS standards and industry compliance, our Fin.do server receives decoded card data and uses that during money transfers. This means you are the only one who can see your personal information.

We encrypt all personal data and we will never sell or disclose user information to third parties.

Madam, Sir,

Fin.do should add at the earliest the US VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Your actual fees comparing other similar application are very expensive. Your transfer "Fees" should not exceed 1.99$ per transaction.

The app was great but it lack some features, I try to add VISA card for UNITED STATE (US) but the card failed to be added. I recommend you to put all the available regions for easy access.
