I ordered 4 filters on Friday 6th June…

I ordered 4 filters on Friday 6th June and by Thursday 12 June had not received the order or even a tracking number. I tried calling them and you reached some cheap voicemail message, and no one called me back. Finally emailed them and within 1-2 hours got an email with tracking numbers, when I checked the FedEx site it showed they had just created the shipping labels, almost 5 Business Days and nothing shipped?!!!

It makes me wonder if I had not emailed if and when the filters would have either shipped!!!

It is very rare I write a review, but they are so bad I wanted to save others having to deal with their poor service too.
