My order never arrived
My order never arrived. I received someone elces box that I thought were the filters. It had my mail stickers on the box and the post told me the filters were delivered. I called the post carrier and reported this and never heard back from them. I called you and explained what happened and you immediately sent my filters at no cost to me. I still have the other person’s box. Thanks, I call this excellent service.
