I ORDERED A FILTER FOR $50. THEY SENT ME ONE THEY SELL FOR $35, WHICH DIDN'T FIT RIGHT IN MY FRIDGE, CAN'T USE IT. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE OR EMAIL. THEY SUCK. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrendous experience with this company. I thought I was placing an order with Frigidaire. When I realized my mistake, (within 5 minutes) I immediately went in and asked that my order be cancelled. Of course it wasn’t. When I received the item, I contacted customer service to request a refund and the details to return the filter. I received information on the return and followed the instructions, but according to them, I needed an extra step. I needed to contact them again once I made the return and give them the tracking number. I missed this step until 2 weeks later when I was not receiving my credit. They informed me since I did not follow this step I would not be receiving a refund, although I sent them a copy of my receipt for the return. I got my credit card company involved and they said the same thing to them…no refund. $100! It took me over 3 months to finally get my credit card company to credit my account. They closed the case twice, but after the third time I prevailed. 3 months of my time to get what was rightfully mind. What a parasitic company. Please find a reputable company to do business with. This is not one from my experience and the experience of many more

UPDATE: I have received communication that they are issuing a refund. Be careful out there peeps. ==Faulty product. No response from repeated tries. Scammer . I suggest never doing business with crooks

They sent filters that do not fit despite the correct model number. We ordered 3. One worked. The other two, from a 2 pack, do not fit and are made differently where they attach. This causes water to leak in the refrigerator. Also, the QR code on the two pack box is not functional.

Company sells fake filters that do not work. Will ship from an address in Houston but ask that items be returned to an address in FL; items will get "lost" on the way back. Cannot call as phone number does not work so emailed. Got a reply back stating they would refund and "apologized for the inconvenience." Set up a chargeback with credit card company who will not do anything as I "received the items in good, working order" and "return was never sent back to merchant." This was the feedback provided by the merchant to the credit card company. Stay away and will continue to report to the FTC to have their website removed.

I ordered filters for my fridge, after reading reviews next day I send email cancelling my order, and I happen to smell something wrong and locked my credit card, they attempted to charge in 3 different locations with my number I had given them. They still send the fake filters, I immediately email them n send I was returning them, send tracking number they received filters back and never credit back my card. BEWARE this company are SCAMMERS

The filters I ordered for my Kitchen Aid look exactly like the original equipment but they do not work. I put the filter in exactly the same way but it would not push in enough to lock in. I believe this company is selling knock-off products that are not good. Would advise anyone to not deal with these people.

I thought I was getting genuine GE water filters but the filters I received are NOT genuine GE filters and DO NOT work in my refrigerator. They also didn't email me a receipt.

Company is selling fake water filters. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

In some cases, you truly get what you pay for, but unfortunately that was not the case with this order. I have a two-year old Whirlpool frig and had previously used replacement filters from Lowes. I ordered your product, obviously because of the price. Problem is I didn't know what the final "cost" would be. The first filter lasted maybe 3 days before the water stopped flowing and the frig made a terrible banging noise. I pulled it out thinking perhaps it wasn't seated properly, although that really didn't make sense because there were no leaks. After re-inserting, it worked a few times, then repeated the problem.

Thinking I could have gotten a defective filter, I tried another one from your order. Without going into all the details, that didn't work either. Since I couldn't believe two filters could be bad, I went looking for other problems. The only thing that made any since was that the water valve went bad, so I had that replaced. The aggravating thing about this was that every time I did something, things would work for a day or two, but then go bad again, so you never knew if you fixed the problem or not until a day or two went by.

Just because I had a third filter, I tried that one. Who could believe all three filters were bad, but same thing? My wife was ready to call a repair person when I said I wanted to try one more thing. I order a filter from Whirlpool and it has been working perfectly for over two weeks now.

This issue has gone on nearly 3 months and has been very frustrating as well as time consuming and costly. In my mind, I imagine your filters with mush inside, that work until the mush breaks down and clogs things up. When it is removed, the mush settles somewhere, or dries up until it goes back in and gums up the works.

Any rational person would have to conclude one of two things; you got a really bad batch of EveryDrop filters or you know your filters are substandard and sell them anyway. Priced at half of the cost of a name-brand product, I'm persuaded to think the second scenario is true. I hope the profit you made on my sale will justify losing a potential repeat customer.

Not genuine filters. They look good but that's as far as it goes. Didn't fit, would not snap into place. Refund policy is a joke. Filter has to be in original wrapping. How would you know it doesn't work without first opening the package? Would never recommend them.

I bought 4 filters, after installation the water taste was noticeably different it had a metal aftertaste….. thought I had a bad filter so replace with another same results…..to confirm it was not my refrigerator I purchased a new filter from Lowe’s and the water again tasted good…. I have sent a request to the company to try and get my money back but not holding my breath…..the filters were packaged as Everydrop filters and they look pretty much the same as the Everydrop filters I got from Lowe’s but why are not….i would save your money and get one from a known good source……

I admit that I was initially skeptical of ordering filters from here because you just never know what you’re getting yourself into with online shopping. I researched and didn’t find a whole lot of information, but I did find a good review so I decided to give them a chance and I’m so grateful I did!!! Our filter was cheaper to order from here than from anywhere else I had looked, which was a nice bonus. It arrived within a few days and was sealed and properly packaged. We installed our first filter and our fridge started making loud noises and we were only able to get a trickle of water before the flow stopped immediately. We tried to pull it out and reinstall but kept having the same issue so I reached out to customer service. I received a reply immediately and without hesitation they sent another filter at no cost. The next filter arrived quickly and it worked perfectly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we will definitely be returning customers!

The filters shipped by this company are not authentic water filters. A close comparison of the product shipped by this company with an authentic version purchased from Amazon, shows many subtle differences between the products. Do not purchase from this company if you are looking for an authentic water filter.

EDIT: At first I was very pleased with my order but then I realized some clues that the filters I received were imitation name-brand. Efficacy of the filter is very important to me so I need to know that these filters are authentic certified. Well, I reached out to the company via chat and their response was literally "our filters are real, don't worry about it." !!! They are selling VERY believable knock-offs and passing them off as name-brand. BUYER BEWARE.

My original review: I was a little worried buying water filters from this company because I couldn't find any reviews. Well, I went ahead with my order and I'm very pleased with this business. I received authentic brand-name filters for my fridge and shipping was prompt. Very happy with my purchase. Hope this helps someone.
