Overall, good filters that can be customized in size. I would recommend however, keep in mind it will take two weeks or more to get your order after you have been charged.

The subscription is easy to manage and use. Prices are on par with local hardware stores anyway, so the idea of not physically traveling is nice, too.

Before the direct ship program of FilterEasy I would forget to change our furnish filter often. With the program it is changed often and we have cleaner air.

Customer service is great! Any time I have called and talked to a live human they have solved my problem very quickly.
The product is great! I use the top of the line filter and I know its been a life saver in getting over sickness keeping my air clean.
Convenience is great too. I no longer have to go to the hardware store and hope and pray they have my odd sized filter. Filter Easy works with you to get the right fit delivered to your front door so you don't have to worry about it and it servers as a great reminder to change the filter.

Convenient but expensive. You can find the filters cheaper elsewhere, but it is efficient and easy to have them delivered on schedule.

I do enjoy getting my filters from you guys because it reminds me to change my filters. lol. The only thing I don’t like is I get emails from you guys saying that that I need to update my credit card with you guys otherwise I won’t get my filters. And then my filter show up so I don’t understand why I’m getting those kind of emails. maybe you all can look into it. Thank you, Grace.

Great filters, convenience, and good prices!

Filter easy taks all the guess work out of your HVAC filter replacement. You just give them your filter size, select your filter change schedule and they do the rest. You will receive your filters when its time to replace them. I 100% recommend filter easy.

Good price and they’ll just show up at your door which is a good reminder that it’s time to change your air filters. That’s an easy thing to forget.

This is by far my favorite subscription service, hands down! I have so many things to remember, and changing my furnace filter is not something I ever want to forget—or keep pushing off.

The fact that it comes directly to me in the mail is amazing. I take it out of the box, pop it open, walk to my furnace, immediately remove the old filter and insert the new one. Then I head to the trash bin, toss the old one, and voilà—I’m done!

My furnace stays happy, I don’t have to remember to buy filters, and I have officially adulted for the day.

On time delivery and I’ve requested a different size filter several times, and you’ve always been responsive to my request. It is really easy and it helps to remind me change the filter

(+) Timely deliveries that I don’t have to think about.
(-) The furnace 16x25x4 furnace filter does not fit as well as the OEM filter. The actual size of the Honeywell filter is 15 15/16” x 24 7/8” x 4 3/8” whereas the filter I receive from FilterEasy is 15 1/2” x 24 1/2” x 3 5/8”.
The FilterEasy filter is smaller so air flows around it in my hvac and less allergens are being filtered out. I’ve thought about cancelling my filter subscription and going with the OEM filters.

This service is so great. The filters are good quality and arrive on schedule and help us keep our filters changed on time. We know when the filters arrive, it’s time to change them.
