I love this companies product and what they stand for. Their faucet filter has been a great asset to our home. I feel really good about the water we use to bush our teeth, wash our faces & hands now. The faucet filter is great quality and has even increased our faucet water pressure. I will absolutely use this company for my future filtered water needs.

I loved the pink water filter!! I immediately noticed a difference even after the first wash my pores felt cleaner.

I sent many emails trying to figure out how to return, I got a generic answer, then when I was going through the steps to return it said processing to original payment are prohibited only promotional credits allowed. I emailed multiple times over the course of a month with no recent responses.

WARNING. If you need to return for a refund they've set up technical glitches which makes it impossible to get a shipping label from them. But before you attemp to file for a refund they offer you a discount on another instead of sending you to a page to complete your return. Using their contact email address is useless, no one replies. The way the pages are implemented most people will fall prey to hidden ops to sign you up for subscription without you realizing it. I do believe this system is completely AI, self automated. Follow up. I finally was so disgusted I contacted paypal and escalated a claim to get flterby's attn, and it worked immediately. I received a RMA & a return shipping label in a day & a refund the next day after it was delivered back to them. I would like to buy a filter, but I know to Avoid companies based in AI.

I have the diamond series shower head filter. It has been 4 months since I had it installed, so it is time to replace the filter. I ordered 2 diamond series replacements. The replacement filters don’t fit into the diamond series shower head. They’re the wrong filters. I have tried contacting customer service and cannot get any type of response. Because of this, I started to read reviews and I see a lot of negative posts about their customer service (there is a whole Reddit thread about it). They really don’t care if the product works for you as long as you buy it.

This filter is defective and does not filter chlorine like a Kohler filter does. Don’t waste your money. Furthermore the filter is so fat the handheld shower does not fit into the shower. This should have been noted by the company that if you have a handheld it does not work. Buyer Beware if you have a hand help hooked to your shower.

I did not realize how much my tap water was quietly wrecking my skin barrier until I tried this, and now I can't imagine washing my face without it. Just within a couple weeks my skin felt genuinely less tight and dry after cleansing. Install was fairly simple, and it fits standard faucets so no tools needed. Honestly need to get this for my friends because its been so effective for me. Highly recommend!!

I love the pink color. But they clog and water 💦 barely trickles out. I exchanged the first one thinking it was just bad one. Before long the new one did the same. Taking it back and finding a different brand.
Bummer!

This company is impossible to deal with. I ordered a shower filter in January 2025. I have yet to receive it after multiple attempts to get them to fulfill the order. First they told me it was backordered. Then they told me i would be getting a free gift in appreciation of my patience. I waited months and contacted them again they repeated the same story: product is backordered. After
A year or more of trying, i requested a refund. They said they would return my money. When i never received the refund, contacted them and they said rhe oriduxt had shipped. Again, nothing was received on my end. I again reached out. The last communication i received from them was that the product was backordered. Meanwhile, the product i bought had been offered in Target and online. They did not even reply to my complaint filed at the BBB some months back. I have the entire email string that can back ip my allegations. Total scam of a company. my last attempt at getting the issue resolved is request number #354586.

The Filterbaby Titanium Shower Filter Pro is one of those things I didn’t think would make a big difference, but it actually did.

Setup was easy, took just a few minutes. After using it for a bit, I noticed my skin didn’t feel as dry after showering, and my hair felt a little softer too. Nothing dramatic overnight, just a steady improvement.

I absolutely love this water filter so much! To start it comes in so many different colors that you can chose from. It was easy to assemble and put on your faucet. Incorporating it into my skincare routine has made a difference. It helps with hydrating my skin more and softens it compared to using the water straight out of the faucet. I can't wait to see what the filter does to my skin in the long run! Another plus is that it comes with 10 different adapters to help it fit your bathroom faucet.
