Software Conflict - Customer Service Support
I have been a fan of Wondershare/Filmora since I first purchased Version 8.5.3 years ago. Recently I was forced to purchase a new desktop computer because of a crash of my old computer. The software transfer of applications to the new computer necessitated I upgrade to Filmora version 12. Consequently I could not access projects I had in progress under my old Filmora version because of formatting differences in Filmora 12. I contacted Wondershare/Filmora Customer Support to seek their help in resolving my issue. They responded quickly to the problem by providing me with a link to an older version of Filmora which would accommodate the format difference from Filmora 12. Problem solved! I am grateful to Wondershare/Filmora for their quick response and assistance in the resolution of of my problem and I will continue to use their fine prodcts.

Customized my inquiry
I have v11 lifetime license. I downloaded version 12 from a pop up window, but didn't notice that it's NOT a free upgrade. Created a project in v12 but was not able to export it without the watermark (was asked to pay to upgrade to v12), and was not able to open my project in v11 either. Thought that my time and effort were wasted. Decided to try to contact customer support and they surprisingly stepped in my shoes. They customized my inquiry and gave me 3 days of access to v12 to be able to finish my project and not pay extra for the upgrade. Really grateful for settling my issue, as it would be taking so much time to start my project from scratch again. Great customer service!

I am a middle of the road guy
I am a middle of the road guy. I have trained on iMovie and more complicated programs. This is the nuclear bomb for the Monday night editor. It is intuitive, very easy, and very fast. I am so happy with it, I can't describe it. Of all things I use on my computer, this has to be the best perfected. Congrats to the team. Keep up the great work.

Filmora is fine in my book and getting better all the time. My only dislike id that when there is a update Filmora goes into a not connecting mode or runs slower than the day before for a day or two. I spent a half day on a 2 minute video because of it.

The product itself is very useful. The customer service is outstanding. I had an issue so sent an email, they responded promptly and after a few emails, completely resolved my issue. Truly great customer service.

Upgrading to Windows 10 meant I couldn't register.
Had a problem upgrading to Windows 10, and both my copies of Filmora and video converter ultimate failed to register. I've been a long time user of both these programs, and was quite upset when I thought I'd have to buy them both all over again. I sent an email off to wondershare, who provided links to the version I needed to get back up and running. It took a few days, because they are in a different part of the world, but eventually my problem is resolved. I'd highly recommend both applications, easy and intuitive to use, loads of online help, and online support if you ever get stuck.

Wondershare Tech Support?
We all know how great the Wondershare Filmora product is. It is feature rich, easy to use and allows, even people like me to create some amazing videos. But how would it be to call technical support for a real software issue?
Here's what I learned: After installing the latest release, my headphones started buzzing during video playback. I called the phone
number listed on the website to report the problem. After a very short wait, I had a real person on the line. We discussed the problem and he recommended that I reinstall the release. I balked.
After a bit of give and take I gave him a chance, thinking it was a waste of time. NOT THE CASE. The re-install solved the problem and saved a ton of time.
