I had received the incorrect toner and was told by many that I would never be able to speak to a "real" person at fillserve or get my money back. After a few attempts Sam responded. He was AMAZING! We worked with me not only to get a credit, but also to make sure that we received the correct toner. Since then SAM is my go to person. I email him what I need, he sends me a quote and the order is complete. I would highly recommend working with Sam. I have shared his contact information with my co-workers and we are looking forward to ordering many toners with Sam in our future.

I have been purchasing inks from fillserv for years. I keep coming back because they offer the lowest prices of quality products that consistently meet my needs. If there are ever any problems they make it right. I have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. But I generally ask for Steve, as I find him to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Steve was so helpful. Great to work with.

I ordered an 11x17 custom printed cake topper and was highly satisfied with the final product and service. They were efficient, responded to my e-mail inquiries promptly, and my order arrived on time. I will use their services again when needed.

After getting a big order of sugar cookies I decided the route to take was using printed edible images. Totally new to me, I looked online and found fillserv/edibleimages and decided to order. I was having a hard time uploading my artwork so I decided to phone them. To my surprise my call was answered fast an by a human! Robert was extremely helpful, not only did he give me tremendous advice regarding their product, but also made sure to let me know when my order had been placed, and was in production. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to review the final product. My order arrived even faster than expected, and oh boy! was I amazed at their quality. The pictures they have in their website do not do justice to the quality they offer.
So now, they are going into my vendor roster with a 5 star rating!

We ordered a custom design cake topper for my daughter's birthday. I prepared the design / digital graphic and uploaded it. Each time I called them with questions, I quickly got a person and usually the same person and this was really great. We had an issue with the wrong image being delivered. Fillserv immediately fixed the issue by re-printing the correct image the same day I called and sending it overnight so that we would have it in time still for the event. I very much appreciated this. The cake topper quality was very nice, very true to color and accurate intensity / saturation. Will order from them again! Highly recommend.

I used the online chat to special order edible prints for my daughter's baby shower. The service was outstanding and I'm hoping that when my order arrives, I am able to update my review to 5-stars.

This doesn’t appear to be a real company. The phone number listed on the website is disconnected. They take your money, don’t send the product, and then don’t respond to emails.

Update: After I posted this review, someone at Fillserv finally responded to my emails (the ones that they say in their response below that they never got). They sent my item and asked me to edit this review.

I ordered a p640 dtg printer they shipped me a p400 printer . And then it's been one problem after another my printer is 3 months old been broke for a month and theres nowhere that works on the. . By far the worst company and they are no help. Once they got ur money ur nothing to them.

I did not want to pay for sky rocketing prices that the printer companies charge for their ink. I found this website. They've got competitive prices.

I got my purchase and installed it right away. I am surprise because when I printed out my first test sheet using their ink, it is very much alike with the original ink set. I didn’t have any smudge on the paper so I am quite happy.

The colored inks is a close match, I am satisfied with it’s brightness. The products are great. Cleaning up is easy. Also, the shipment was fast. I got it in due time.

I had a good experience. $1ink refills I thought it was too good to be true. However, it is true based on my experience. I got inkjet refills for my cartridges. I saved tons of money. I think I found my new refill station/site.

I've been buying toner refills and cartridges from Fillserv.com since 2012. I have had numerous problems with their products, including incorrect or incomplete shipments, faulty smartchips, toner leakage, faulty toner cartridges. In the past, it was always a hassle with customer service, but they have replaced or fixed the problems. Just recently, they would not replace two toner cartridges, with faulty smartchips. Buying from them just isn't worth the time and aggravation.

I have bought from them twice. No problem on the first order but had a problem with one of the cartridges on the second order. I tried contacting them by phone; left a message but did not receive a call back. Then I contacted them by email and I received a prompt reply. They gladly and cheerfully replaced the defective cartridge.

I ordered a toner refill for my printer quite a while ago...I do not print a lot, which is why I bought a laser...no ink to dry out.
I began receiving low toner alarms recently, and knew that there was no way I had used all of the toner...but wound up ordering a new kit.
The chip I received is not the correct one...it cannot be installed. Customer service answered 1 email...and then have chosen to ignore me since.
I'm in the process of disputing the credit card charge...and finding a Plan B

I give this company NO Stars. I should have read the reviews before ordering with this company, would have saved myself time and frustration. I ordered from them 3 times. 2 of the three times it took over a month and several correspondences to finally get the products I ordered. They charge your card right away and get their money, then you struggle and fight to get your products. They have vertually No customer support. You have to email them and their response is vague. If you need product and don't mind getting a runaround or waiting over a month then order from this company. I am done with them and will find another comapny to do business with.
Company is totally unreliable.

I got the toner kit I ordered amazingly fast.
Burned a hole in my toner cartridge where instructed.
Purred the fillserv toner into the cartridge with the provided funnel cap combo.
Inserted the provided toner cartridge plug.
Prints came out beautiful.

TIP:, My particular toner kit did not come with a soldering iron to burn a hole into the toner cartridge but it was not supposed to as I wanted to save money and I had a plan. I heated a 1/2" copper pipe over my stove and then melted the hole in the toner cartridge with that. Worked perfectly.

Ordered ink cartridges on Nov 1. It is Nov 29 and I still haven't received the order. Customer service is difficult to reach. If you call, they do not answer but only have answering service that may or may not call you back. Also, email correspondence was not prompt or that informative.

Overall unreliable and unprofessional.

The order was processed fairly quickly, though it still took a few days to get here even though it was shipped USPS from less than 100 miles away.  
 
The product did not function as advertised.  
 
When I first alerted them on a Friday afternoon/evening the reply did not come until Monday, to be expected. I followed up with their questions and asked a couple more, which they replied to promptly.  
 
After following their advice the performance was no better, 3-400 pages later, still pale color output. I informed them that this was not acceptable, and that was two weeks ago. I have yet to have a reply. They have gone from prompt replies to no replies. Not an offer for replacement, or offer of RMA, nothing.  
 
After two reminders sent during that two week period I used their contact form several times this morning and finally got some kind of reply, and a second saying that it had been escalated to a supervisor but they had not done anything yet.  
 
..and that was early in the day Friday, and here it is close of business, still nothing.  
 
I have refilled plenty of toner cartridges over the years. This is nothing new. I have, however, not done Brother printers before. It's nothing new, from the directions, and appearance.  
 
The black toner works better than the color, though not as good as the original was. The three colors are all equally as poor and pale. The printer output was flawless until it "ran out" and indicated replacement cartridges were required. These cartridges are the first time refill for each of them.  
 
At this point, store credit is not even acceptable because there's no way in hell I'll even buy ink from them. Not with this attitude.

Attempts to reach customer service repeatedly failed. Company sent quarter filled bottles with labels partially ripped off.

No response to repeated attempts to contact this company to assist with installation of product we bought. Drums for printer $200
